Our history
I started the firm in 2017 after more than 10 years in the field of recruitment.
I wanted a firm that looks like me, that transmits the values that are essential for me in this profession, namely: support, advise, listen, forge a real human relationship to succeed in ensuring that each company and candidate finds the right fit. his foot ! Recruiting is a lot of work, but we must admit it is fascinating. Meet new people, interact with atypical personalities from all cultures, from all walks of life ... Beyond even your skills, you can really make very beautiful encounters, filled with passion, sincerity and emotions.
Some sectors in which we operate are very competitive, the term "hunting" is perfectly appropriate because you really have to arm yourself with patience, cunning and eloquence to attract the ideal candidate. So we look all day for the nugget and it's a challenge every day!
Regarding the business relationship for me recruiting is to have an open mind in the face of a multitude of constraints and restrictive criteria.
